I grew up watching my mom cook and dad grill. As an adventurer I’ve travelled far and have always enjoyed the flavors of the campfire. Bringing the flavors of wood back to our cuisine has is a passion of mine, and using a smoker allows me to infuse my food with the unique and deep flavors that can only be achieved through slow cooking over wood. It’s a way for me to pay homage to my roots and bring a bit of the outdoors into my cooking. Plus, the tender, smoky meats and vegetables that come out of a smoker are absolutely delicious!

As we continue to welcome new members to our community, we want to remind everyone that smoking is not just about the final product, but also about the process. It’s a method of cooking that requires patience and attention to detail, but the end result is well worth the effort. Whether you’re new to smoking or a seasoned pro, we encourage you to share your tips, tricks, and recipes with the community.
